REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Materials. 3.1.1 Plastic. The material use

All pipets covered by this specification shall be Classes 1, 2, 3, and 4 fabricated from polystyrene (see 3.1.1). a piece of

16、ets shall be 1.0 ml. and shall be ungraduated. 3.4.2 Class 2. Class 2 pipets shall have a 1.0 ml capacity and shall be graduated and numbered at every 0.1 ml. 3.4.3 Class 3. Class 3 pipets shall have a 1.0 ml capacity and shall be graduated in 0.01 ml increments with a longer graduation at 0.05 rnl
17、mark and numbered at every 0.1 ml graduation only to the 0.9 ml graduation mark. 3.4.4 Class 4. Class 4 pipets shall have a 1.1 ml capacity and shall be graduated and numbered at 0.5, 1.0 and 1.1 ml marks. 3.4.5 Class 5. Class 5 pipets shall have a 5.0 ml capacity and shall be graduated in 0.1 ml in
18、crements with major graduations numbered at every 1.0 only to the 4.0 ml graduation mark. 3.4.6 Class 6.
