12、ded in two ways, as a Network Based Solution (NBS) and/or as a User Based Solution (UBS). For the NBS and UBS solutions there are a number of documents available. The documents are divided in three groups: documents related to the NBS; documents related to the UBS; documents relevant for both (NBS a
