SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a reaction injection molded (RIM) thermosetting polyurethane. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released origina

3、lly for material used in the manufacture of modular windows for the 1985 Aerostar. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MOLDED TEST SP

4、ECIMENS 3.2.1 All test specimens shall be cut from 3.2 mm nominal thickness slab stock prepared from production compound. The physical properties shall be determined as an average of 6 specimens; 3 in one direction and the other 3 oriented 90 in the other direction. 3.2.3 Hardness, Durometer D, Subg
