APPLICATION This specification was released originally for materials when injected into or blended with factory fill die

3、sel fuel at time of final assembly, is generally used to impart storage and oxidation stability, rust inhibition and dispersancy. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production

4、 Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 SPECIFIC GRAVITY 0.94 - 0.96 (ASTM D 1298) 3.2 VISCOSITY, at 37.8 C 36.4 - 47.2 cSt (mm2/s) (ASTM D 445 & D 446) 3.3 VISCOSITY, at 98.9 C 4.2 - 7.2 cSt (mm2/s) (ASTM D 445 & D 446) 3.4 FLASH POINT 44 - 48 C (ASTM D 1310) 3.5 TOTAL BASE NUMBER 82 - 88 (ASTM D 664) 3.6 NITROGEN 5.25 - 5.75% 5. GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 One (1) ASTM BBL = 42 U.S. gal = 34.97 IMP.
