APPLICATION This specification was released originally for a lubricant for heater and air conditioner c

3、ontrol cable assemblies. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 SPECIFIC GRAVITY 0.91 - 0.93 (ASTM D 1480) 3.2 VISCOSITY, at 25 oC 15,000 25,000 (Brookfield Model LVF, #4 spindle, 12 rpm) mPas 3.3 EVAPORATION LOSS, max 4.5% (ASTM D 972, 99 +/- 0.5 oC) 3.4 FOUR-BALL WEAR TEST, max 0.5 mm (ASTM D 2266) 3.5 OXIDATION STABILITY 69 kPa (ASTM D 942, 24 h)
