2、RN, FLAT WOVEN WRS-M1H1169-B2 100% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven Jacquard face fabric. The fabric is made with 40% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION WRS-M1H1169-B1 specification was released originally for mater

3、ial used as an interior trim fabric for S-Max EU as seat insert. The fabric was approved as backcoated and trilaminated. WRS-M1H1169-B2 specification was release originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for CD391 NA as seat insert. The fabric was approved as backcoated and laminated w

4、ith foam. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identificat

5、ion of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 40% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 This specification must contain 100% recycled content as defined by

6、 WRS-M99P42-A2. 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-B1/B2/B3/B4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 880 ends/10 cm Weft 295 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/-10 % tolera

Contact for questions concerning Engineering Material Specifications. 4.1 Purchase departments will ensure that the material defined in this specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4,2 The global strategy is to use Tri-Laminate construction in all regions. 4.3 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and Yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-B1/B2/B3/B4.
