Bicomponent polyester binder forms the backing. This carpet is a solid color matched carpet. 2. APPLICATION This spe
3、cification was originally released for truck back panels, with a solid color matched face. 2.1 LIMITATIONS The material approved to this specification must be molded. Unmolded material will not meet the snagging requirements. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.1.1 M
4、aterial suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P16-B. 3.1.3 Materials used in interior applic
5、ations must meet the requirements outlined in WSSM99P2222-D1/ latest for Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements. Test data must to be provided by the Tier 1 at the appropriate program milestone. 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on tes
6、t specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding.
