3、s specification is an unsupported expanded vinyl film. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in the manufacture of door and quarter trim panel assemblies 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, these materials must meet all the requirement
4、s of WSS-M15P4-E when supplied as part of an assembly. The requirements below apply to all specification suffixes unless otherwise stated. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materi

Measure the dimensional changes of the specimen after cooling to room temperature. 3.10 RESISTANCE TO “W“ FLEX 1000 cycles (FLTM BN 102-02) The material shall show
10、no evidence of crazing (milkiness), lifting ( peeling ) or cracking when examined after the above tests. 3.11 RESISTANCE TO ABRASION 250 cycles (FLTM BN 108-02, CS-10 wheels, 1000 g load) After the wear test, the materials wear pattern and color shall be compatible in appearance with the adjacent un
11、abraded area of the wear test specimen. The abrasion resistance of production material shall be equal to or better than the sample approved by the Materials Engineering Activity. 20、aterial must be capable of being HF-welded under normal production conditions to the appropriate other materials released for production and/or to itself, without any difficulties and it must exhibit no faults or defects after welding. 3.23 FUNCTIONAL APPROVAL Materials being evaluated for initial a
21、pproval to this specification shall be subjected to a production functional trial. The functional trial results shall be available to design and material engineering activities prior to material approval and release. 3.24 DEFECTS Each roll of material which shows on the average more than one defect
22、per 10 m length, will be considered as seconds and will be returned to the supplier unless other agreement is made. 23、ers label on which are shown: shade, number of meters, allowance (compensation) date of delivery etc. Furthermore, each batch must bear a consecutive number i.e. the goods which are manufactured with one colour mix must bear the same batch number. All faults and defects within one roll must be visib
24、ly marked with white flags on the edges, and an allowance of 50 cm be made for each defect. The allowance compensation must be on the total width of the material and it must be recorded on the label. No roll must contain more than two individual pieces. Each individual piece must be marked with a re
