SCOPE This specification defines wood

2、veneers for use as decorative product on interior wood veneer assemblies. 2. APPLICATION This specification WSS-M11G33-A was released for materials used for wooden decorative automotive components. Application of lacquer and other products will need to be considered to provide a suitable finished pr

3、oduct. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. When in the fully assembled form the veneer assembly must perform to the Material specification requirements of WSS-M15P34-B1 or as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.1 STANDARD REQ

4、UIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Appearance Color, feature and grain to be as per Master samples 3.2.2 Thickness Nominal thickness - 0.6mm 3.2.3 Moisture content 11-18% 3.2.4 Density A1 548.2 +/- 50 Kgm-33.3 PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES Veneer selected for its attractive appearance should be uniform in thickness, smooth, flat, free from decay and have face grain suitable for the intended face grade
