APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material which when mixed with water, shall be a satisfactory coolant with enhanced long term protection properties such as corrosion, sealing, and cavitation protection for heavy duty diesel engines. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3
4、.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 BLENDING, % by volume 90 % - ESE-M97B18-C 10 % - ESN-M99B169-A 3.3 STORAGE STABILITY Must Pass Store the blended m
5、aterial in a suitable container at 68 C to 67 C for 20 days. There shall be no evidence of separation or precipitation. 3.4 COOLING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TESTS The blended material shall successfully pass the appropriate dynamometer and/or fleet tests specified by the affected product engineering office.
