SCOPE These specifications defines the minimum requirements of interior trim parts mol

3、ded using sisal fiber and recycled polypropylene fiber (50% each) needled covered by carpet, woven, non woven, TPO sheet or other kind of finishing. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released for materials requirements for rear package trays, door trim panel, instrument panel, headliner, quar

4、ter trim panel, seat-back panel, A-, B-, C-, and D-pillar molding, center console, scuff plate and inner tailgate cover. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Material

5、s (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 All requirements of this specification, identified by symbol (s), shall be met with data representing 3 sigma values. 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, grain, gloss, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the en

6、gineering drawing. 3.3 SISAL PP BLANK PROPERTIES All performance test must be done on molded blank with nominal thickness of 3 mm attending at east the results specified bellow for each grammage (g/m2). The assembly shall show no evidence of cracking or breaking and shall fully recover from indentation in the time required for the ass

9、embly to return to 23 +/- 2 C. Test Method: Conduct this test with the trim assembly mounted on an actual or simulated production support foundation using the approved retention methods. Drop the rubber ball from the height specified below at the impact locations indicated on the Engineering Drawing

Sag The assembly shall exhibit no more than 12 mm sagging in the unsupported areas 24 h after weights are removed. Test Method: Mount package tray in a production representative metal retainer buck.

13、 Place a 900 g weight with a contact area of 50 x 50 mm on the package tray at 3 unsupported positions. Place buck in an air circulating oven at 110 +/- 2 C for 7 days. Remove, take weights off, and allow to condition for 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C prior to evaluation. (s) 3.3.5 Tensile Strength at break, m
