GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 This material is supplied as a system to be used as manufactured. Avoid excessive agitation which will cause curdli
7、ng. The solution should be gently agitated during application. The solution has a maximum shelf life, as shipped, of 180 days. 5.2 METHOD OF APPLICATION This material must be applied by spraying, using an external atomizing spray gun with air pressures of 241 - 345 kPa, or by tumbling. 5.3 CURING Th
8、e recommended curing cycle for this material is at 149 C for 30 minutes. 5.4 FLAMMABILITY AND/OR TOXICITY This material represents a potential fire and/or health hazard. The Manufacturing Engineering Department shall notify both the Plant Security and the Safety Units of its presence in the plant to assure that proper fire and/or health precautions are provided. The location in which it is used or stored shall be included in the notification.
