3、test of the body in white, door in white and door hinge parts to evaluate smooth opening/closing of the door in the vehicle condition. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to doors of passenger cars and multi-purpose vehicles. Particulars not specified here shall follow the direction in drawings. 3. SAMPL
4、E 3.1. In the event of any intentional deviation from the requirements of this standard or engineering change, the supplier shall inform GMDAT of them. 3.2. Samples shall be composed of components and parts meeting material and dimensional requirements in drawings following consultation with the des
5、ign engineer, however, they may be composed of parts for developmental use 3.3. Samples shall be the door in white furnished with parts constituting the door specified in drawings, door hinge and body in white. 3.4. Samples shall be coated with primer or to the higher stage. 4. 7、: 2008. 10. 15 VERSION: 5 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 5.1.1. Fasten the hinge to the door with a fastening torque specified in drawings. 5.1.2. Fix the door mounting jig onto the horizontal test bed. 5.1.3. Fix the door to the door mounting jig. 5.1.4. With the door 15 open, restrain opening of the
8、door. The gap between the door inner panel and outer panel and the restraining jig shall be about 3mm. 5.1.5. Install the loading jig to the latching point, which is a loading point. 5.1.6. Install the dial gauge, with which to measure vertical displacement of the door, to the latching point, which
9、is a loading point. 5.1.7. Measure the distance between door hinges and between the hinge and loading point to enter them on the Attachment #1. 5.1.8. Apply dead weight starting from 10kgf to 100kgf by stage. For each loading stage, measure elastic + plastic deflection (E+P) and plastic deflection (
10、P) of the measuring point with a dial gauge to record them on the data sheet in Attachment Table #1. 5.2. Door sag test with B.I.W 5.2.1. Fix the body in white onto the horizontal test bed with a B.I.W fixture jig. 5.2.2. Fasten the door and hinge to B.I.W with a fastening torque specified in the dr
11、awing. 5.2.3. With the door 15g open, restrain opening of the door. The gap between the door inner panel and outer panel and the restraining jig shall be about 3mm. 5.2.4. Install the loading jig to the latching point, which is a loading point. 5.2.5. Install the dial gauge, with which to measure ve
12、rtical displacement of the door, to the latching point, which is a loading point. 5.2.6. Apply dead weight starting from 10kgf to 100kgf by stage. For each loading stage, measure elastic + plastic deflection (E+P) and plastic deflection (P) of the measuring point with a dial gauge to record them on
13、the data sheet in Attachment Table #1. 6. EVALUATION STANDARD 6.1. Reference target of door sag stiffness at door development (deflection under 100kgf in with B.I.W condition) 6.1.1.
