Test buck used for an endurance test mus

4、t be in an appropriate relation between an windshield wiper system and a glass surface, the same as specified by vehicle manufacturers, and must be of such structure that the rigidity can be maintained or must be in the vehicle conditions. 3.1.3.2 Power Source. Power must be supplied by the drive mo

5、tor defined by vehicle manufacturers, for a power source, the separate power supply, which a DC regulator is attached, must be used, and it must be operated within a error of 0.1 V. 3.1.3.3 Counters. It must be composed of devices which can count and set a cycle number. 3.1.3.4 Temperature Cabinet.

6、Temperature cabinet for air-circulating operation must satisfy the following. y Useful space: Adapted size. y Range of temperature: (-40) E ) +90 E continuously adjustable. 3.1.3.5 Tension-and Compression-Testing Equipment. It must satisfy U.T.M or the following conditions. y Load range: Max. 1,000

7、N. y Displacement speed: 24mm/min (deviation: 10%). y Accuracy of force measurement: 1% each per test result. y Accuracy of mileage measurement: 0.05 mm. 3.1.3.6 Other Equipment must be well performed for the test method and purpose in each paragraph. 3.1.4 Test Piece. For the release test according

8、 to this test specification, at least 13 test samples (wiper linkage) are required per design-type. The distinction between design types must be made by a wiper linkage which is different in structure and power. Test samples must be provided when the result of the basic test determined by additional

9、 discussion is within allowable tolerance. Specific test results and test-type number can be controlled through discussion by design department and tester. 3.2 Conditions. 3.2.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be
