4、easuring instruments for loads and length The measuring instruments shall be capable of measuring the load and the length displacement with maximum resolution of 0.1 kgf and 0.1 mm respectively. 4.4. Weight loading equipment Equipment capable of loading the weight greater than 15 kgf 4.5. Recorder A

METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Preparation 5.1.1. Fit the seat-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, an

Set the adjuster systems of the seat as follows: (1) Seat back: Position specified in the design standard (if the design standard unknown, at an angle of 25 28). (2) Guide rail: Position specified in the design standard (if the design standard unknown, at the c

Test Method 5.2.1. Load the weight of 15 kgf horizontally on the
8、 left and the right of the seat back upper crossbar both as shown in fig. 1. Measure the displacement and the load in the displacement vs. load graphs. 5.2.2. Measure the load on the upper crossbar in the direction of weight loading. 5.3. Evaluation The sum of maximum transformation in the right and the left direction upon loading the weight of 15 kgf shall be smaller than 12 mm.
