3、OSE This standard aims at determining the operating strength of various levers attached to the seat. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to all levers attached to seats. 3. TEST SAMPLES At least 3 new seat assemblies shall be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig with which to fix the seat in the ve
4、hicle condition 4.2. Groove plate 4.3. Loading device It shall be capable of loading and measuring with accuracy not exceeding 0.5Kgf. 4.4. Loading jig Wire or jig capable of applying loads to the lever in the operating direction 5. TEST METHOD AND SPECIFICATIONS 5.1. Levers adjusting adjuster 5.1.1
5、. Test procedure (1) Fix the seat fixture jig onto the groove plate and install the seat onto the jig. (2) Operate the lever (knob) in the operating direction and then apply 30Kgf to a point 10mm from the lever end at the stopper position, which is the end point of the operating range. 5.2. Levers o
6、f Loop type 5.2.1. Test procedure (1) Fix the seat fixture jig onto the groove plate and install the seat onto the jig. (2) Apply 30Kgf of load to the point off the loop handling from the center of the product to be tested in the state of being equipped with a white stick of 1015mm as shown in figur
7、e 2. (3) Test it at ambient & high (+90), and low (-20) temperature, soak it at each temperature for 4 hours before the execution.
