Microelectronic devices shall be approved in accordance with MIL-STD-965. 3.2.2 Mi croel ectronic modul ar assembl i es. assemblies shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-965. Vacuum tubes shall not be used. Semiconductor devices shall be used in accordance with the requirements specified in
41、 MIL-E-5400. 3.2.8 Nonmagnetic materials. Nonmagnetic materials shall be used for all parts of the equipment, except where magnetic materials are essential. 3.2.9 Magnesium and magnesium parts alloys. shall not be used. The total weight of the receiving set, excluding cables, shall be consistent with good design and shall be not greater than six pounds. The receiving set shall be in accordance with MI

The contractor shall establish and maintain an effective reliability program for the receiving set and when required by the contract specify the work in a Reliability Program Plan. The receiving set shall be planned, analyzed, designed, developed and tested in acc
44、ordance with MIL-STD-781 and MIL-STD-785 to provide specified reliability. The contractor shall design and develop the receiving set through test, analyze and fix (TAAF) procedures in accordance with MIL-STD-781. Prior to the TAAF phase of the development, the contractor shall as a minimum define th
45、e environmental mission profile for the receiving set, develop reliability block diagrams and associated mathematical model s , make re1 i abi 1 i ty predictions for the components i n accordance with MIL-STD-756, develop and perform in accordance with MIL-STD-1629 a Failure Mode Effects and Critica
46、lity Analysis (FMECA) on the components and conduct a Worst Case Analysis of all circuits and receiving set components to determine that the design will give proper response for all inputs at the specified limits of the envi ronmental operating condi ti ons.
