13、on equipment and facilities.- The manufacturer shall furnish and maintain all necessary test equipment and facilities and personnel for performing all acceptance tests. The test equipment shall be adequate in quantity, and unless definite requirements are specified, they shall be of sufficient accur

14、acy and quality to permit performance of the required acceptance tests. 4.6.4 Test procedure .- 4.6.4.1 Visual inspection.- Visually inspect the transformer for conformance to the drawings and quality of workmanship. See 3.3.1 and 3.9. 4.6.4.2 Dielectric strength Interconnect connector pins A throug

15、h I. Gradually apply 500 volts d-c between the interconnected pins and the chassis for 10 seconds. No damage shall result from this test. See 3.4.1. 4.6.4.3 Insulation resistance.- Apply 500 volts d-c to each of the connector pins A through I and chassis ground and measure the insulation resistance

16、of each circuit. The minimum insulation resistance of each circuit shall be 10 megohms. See 3.4.2. 4.6.4.4 Output voltage tests.- Apply the input power specified in 3.4.3 and measure the output voltages for both loaded and unloaded condi- tions, The output voltages obtained shall be within the toler

17、ance shown in table I. See 3.4.4 and 3.4.5. 4.7 First and periodic production tests, - Units selected for tests shall be subjected to the following environmental tests prior to their submittal for compliance with the performance requirements. 4.7.1. Test condition tolerances.- Unlese otherwise speci

19、Vibration.- Mount the transformer on a vibration stand and subject the unit .to the vibration tests specified in 3.5.1. The trans- former shall meet the performance requirements specified in 3.4 during and at the conclusion of the test. 4.7.3 Shock.- Subject the transformer to the impact shocks outl

20、ined in 3.5.2. At the conclusion of the test the transformer shall meet the performance requirements specified iri 3.4. 4.7.4 Altitude and temperature. - Subject the illumination transformer to the altitude and temperature conditions specified in 3.5.3. The trans- former shall meet the performance a

21、equirements specified in 3.4 during and at the conclusion of the test. 4.7.5 Humidity. - Expose the illumination tramformer to the humidity condit ions outlined in 3.5.4. The transformer shall meet the performance requirements specified in 3.4 during and at the conclusion of the test. 4.7.6 Operatin

22、g life.- Energize the transformer as specified in 3.4.3 and operate continuously for 500 hours. The transformer shall meet the performance requirements specified in 3.4 during and at the conclusion of the test. 4.7.7 Radio interference.- Subject the transformer to the tests specified in Specificatio

23、n MIL-1-6181. Interference limits shall be within the limits specified therein. 4.7.8 Acceptance tests. - Perform the acceptance tests specified in 4.6. 5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Preservation and packaging,- This equipment shall be preserved and individually packaged according to the requireme

24、nts of Specifica- tion MIL-P-116. The method of pack shall be as specified in the contract. 5.2 Marking; - Marking of unit, intermediate, and shipping containers shall conform to the requirements of Standard MIL-STD-129. 26、S 6.1 Intended use.- Illumination Transformer Mk 22 Mod O was designed for use as a component in Aircraft Fire Control System Mk 16.
