2 方法原理将试样溶解在合适的溶剂中,用液上气相取样的气相色谱法测定氯乙烯的含量。
3 试剂及材料3. 1 氯乙烯3纯度大于99.5%。
3. 2 N, N二甲基乙殷殷(DMAC),在测试条件下不含奋与氯乙烯的色谱保留时间相同的任何杂质。
3.3 空气、氮气、氢气。
4 样品的贮存和保管把水分含量合格的试样,按批号装满于广口瓶中,密封保存。
必须在24h内进行测定。
凡是超过24 h者,要注明试样的贮存时间。
聚氯乙烯由lj品的试样,放在有盖的广口瓶中即可。
5 仪器5. 1 气相色谱仪g带氢火焰离子化鉴定器(FID)。
5.2 色l普柱z所使用的色谱柱应能使试样中杂质与氯乙烯完全分开。
每升或每千克含有0.02mg氯乙烯的溶液得到的色谱峰高,至少是基线噪声的5倍。
可使用的色谱柱及试验条件列于附录B(参考件)中。
