26、NCE PROVISIONS4.1 Responsibility for InspectionThe vendor of extrusions shall supply all samples for vendors tests and shall be responsible for the performance of all required tests. Purchaser reserves the right to sample and to perform any confirmatory testing deemed necessary to ensure that the ex
27、trusions conform to specified requirements.4.2 Classification of Tests4.2.1 Acceptance TestsComposition (3.1), tensile properties (3.4.1), and tolerances (3.6) are acceptance tests and shall be performed on each inspection lot.4.2.2 Periodic TestsCompressive properties (3.4.2) are periodic tests and
28、 shall be performed at a frequency selected by the vendor unless frequency of testing is specified by purchaser.4.3 Sampling and Testing4.3.1 Shall be in accordance with AMS2355.4.4 ReportsThe vendor of extrusions shall furnish with each shipment a report showing the results of tests for chemical co
29、mposition and tensile properties of each inspection lot and stating that the extrusions conform to the periodic test properties when performed and to the other technical requirements. This report shall include the purchase order number, inspection lot number, AMS4352J, size or section identification
30、 number, and quantity.4.4.1 When the product size is outside the range covered by 1.1, the report shall contain a statement to that effect.4.4.2 When material produced to this specification is beyond the sizes allowed in the scope or tables, or other exceptions are taken to other technical requireme
31、nts listed in Section 3 (see 5.1.1), the report shall contain a statement “This material is certified as AMS4352J(EXC) because of the following exceptions.” and the specific exceptions shall be listed.4.5 Resampling and RetestingShall be in accordance with AMS2355 .5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY5.1 Ide

33、en purchaser and producer.5.2.2 Extrusions shall be prepared for shipment in accordance with commercial practice and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the handling, packaging, and transportation of the extrusions to ensure carrier acceptance and safe delivery6.
