The arrangement of the basic controls should be as shown in the application diagrams (see Figures 1to 6). Controls 1,
7、2, 3, and 4 are levers for hand operation; controls 5 and 6 are pedals for footoperation.2. Controls for other functions, such as auxiliary drums and throttles, may be installed between or besidethe basic controls, but such controls shall be positioned to avoid operator confusion and physicalinterfe
8、rence. Nothing in this document precludes the use of additional controls subject to theforegoing requirements.3. The master clutch control shall be readily operable from the operators seat.4. Controls 2, 3, 5, and 6 should be confined solely to the specified operating functions shown in theapplicati
9、on control diagrams, except for shovel and hoe application. Controls 1 and 4 may betemporarily converted from their specified operating function to operate nonsimultaneous auxiliaryfunctions (that is, travel controlled by swing control) provided that:a. In the specified application, all basic contro

The disconnected function is restrained against unintended movement.Independent controls for any and all basic and auxiliary operating functions are permissible.5.
