8、W2155, EN2155-1 to EN2155-22, Test methods for transparent niateriais for aircraft glazing, see the table. 3 Materials The sheets shall be made from a copolymer of acrylic, shall contain no plasticiser and shall be controlled under the conditions specified herein. 4 Classification The material shall
9、 be available in four classifications as follows : Class Oa with optical deviation not greater than 130 (0,00043 rad). Optical distortion not greater than that specified in clause 7.5 when the sheet is mounted at an optical incidence of 60“. Class Ob with optical deviation not greater than 3 (0,0008
10、7 rad). Optical distortion not greater than that specified in clause 7.5 when the sheet is mounted at an optical incidence of 60“. Class Oc with optical deviation not greater than 6 (0,00175 rad). Optical distortion not greater than that specified in clause 7.5 when the sheet is mounted at an optica
11、l incidence of 45“. Class Od with optical deviation not greater than 10 (0,00291 rad). The coefficient of linear thermal expansion as determined in EN2155-12 shall not exceed the figure stated in the table. 9.2 Deformation temperature under load The deformation temperature as determin
15、ed in EN2155-13 i) shall not be below that quoted in the table. 9.3 1/10 Vicat softening temperature The softening temperature of the sheet as determined in EN2155-14 ) shall not be below the figure quoted in the table. 9.4 Thermal stability When tested as described in EN2155-15, however at 145 f 5“
16、C, the test sheet shall meet the requirements of clauses 6.3 and 6.4 in this standard. It shall show no significant deterioration in its u1 tra-violet and visible light transmission. A slight degradation of yellow colour is admitted, as long as it conforms to that of the reference plate. 9.5 F1 amma
17、bi 1 i ty ., Flammability will be determined by EN2155-16 I; requirement may be inserted at a 1 ater date. 10 Mechanical properties 10.1 Yield tensile strength and elongation at break When tested as described in EN2155-17 I, the values for these properties shall not be less than those stated in the
18、table. 10.2 Impact strength When tested as described in EF121.55-18 the impact strength shall not be less than the value stated in the table. 11 Susceptibility to crazing 11.1 Craze resistance When tested as described in EN2155-19 at a stress of 21 MPa there shall be no sign of crazing. i) In prepar

20、ss of 21 MPa. Retention of strength after crazing 12 Resistance to crack propagation When tested as described in EN2155-21 i) the resistance to crack propagation shall not be less than the values stated in the table. Youngs moduly? in tensile has to be normally determined at 10 MPa, as described in
21、EN2155-21 . If this cannot be determined, a value of 4300 MPa at 23C and 5000 MPa at -18C can he used. 13 Dimensions 13.1 The dimensions of the sheets shall be as specified in the contract or order. 13.2 The thickness values at a sheet shall be within the range stated in figure 2 for the particular
22、size range. 14 Qual ificatior: approval 14.1 General provisions Qualification is the recognition OP the capability of the manufacturer to produce in accordance with this technical specification and to guarantee prodl;ction at an acceptable quality level. 14.2 Particular provisions Appl ication for a
23、pproval shall be submitted to the appropriate inspecting authority together with : - evidence that the materials comply with all the requirements specified herein, - sufficient material for which approval is sought to meet the test requirements of this standard, - details of composition, supplied in

33、tion and packaging 3.61 IndividuaT sheets shall be protected on both surfaces by a paper or opaque plastic film adhered w-ith a compatible adhesive which can readily be removed without damage to the surfaces. The film shall adequately protect the surfaces from damage during delivery, storage, handli
34、ng and cutting operations. 16.2 Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser all sheets shall be segregated by thickness and size when packed. The container shall be suitable for maintaining the sheets in their original condition and they shall be supported to avoid damage. Copyright Association Euro

36、men shall be those recommended by the manufacturer. 17.2 Sheet The protected sheets chal 1 be stacked vertically with padded sperators. The storage area shall prevent the influences of temperature and humidity. 18 Marking Each sheet of material shall be legibly marked on the protective film with : -
