SCOPE 1.1 This specification covers one type of optical gas m

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Components.-All components used in the
5、 assembly of the mask shall conform to the specifications and drawings forming a part of this specification. 3.2 Assembly.-The mask shall be assem- bled as specified on Drawing C5-1-251 which is listed on Drawing B5-1-250. 3.3 Container leakage (metal). - The seamed container, Drawing C5-20-70 or C5
6、-20-71 which is listed on Drawing C5-20- 68, shall not leak when tested as specified in 4.4. 3.4 Workmanship.-All work shall be done in a neat and workmanlike manner. 4. SAMPLING, INSPECTION, AND TEST PROCEDURES 4.1 Lot.-A lot shall consist of the masks produced by one manufacturer, from the same ma
7、terials, and under essentially the same manufacturing conditions. However, not more than one lot of canisters, hoses, or facepieces shall be represented in any one lot of finished masks. The inspection lot for non- destructive inspection, within the above lim- itations, shall be designated by the in

10、 all materials, components, or subassemblies of the mask, covered by sepa- rate specifications, standards, or drawings are in accordance with their applicable speci- fications, standards, or drawings prior to final acceptance of the mask, 4.3.2 Packaging, packing, and marking.- The inspector shall i

PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Packaging and packing.-The mask shall be packaged and packed for shipment as specified in table I.
