、: (1) Storage: Details on storage conditions for all specified capacity tests are described in the basic specification. (2) Discharge Cells (Forced Discharge): Two cells shall be discha rged at 45 milliamperes at 70 + 5F to 2.0 volts. Each discharged cell shall then be connected in series with one f
、resh cell. Each string shall then be force discharged at 45 milliamperes at 70 + 5F for 22 hours. Batteries: For all capacity tests except t he LR1, the batteries shall be discharged at 45 milliamperes constant current to cut - off volts (zero volts for the I test). For the LR1 test, batteries shall
、 be discharged at 25 milliamperes to 4.5 volts, then at 0.4 watts to 3.5 volts. Forced Discharge: After the batteries have been discharged to zero volts on the I test, batteries shall be force discharged at 45 milliamperes for a minimum of 5 minutes. Overload: Batteries shall be discharged at 100 mi
、lliamperes. Abuse test predischarge: Designated samples shall be discharged at 45 milliamperes for 11 hours. Abuse test, pulse discharge: Batteries shall be discharged at 90 milliamperes for 1 minute followed by 40 milliamperes for 4 minutes, cycled continuously to cut - off voltage. Closed circuit
、vol tage (battery and cell strings): Load resistance of 90 ohms shall be used. Voltage shall be above 4.0 volts within 5 seconds. Cell closed circuit voltage: Load resistance of 45 ohms shall be used. Voltage shall be above 2.0 volts within 5 seconds. Ma rginal notations are not used in this revisio
