4、ail specification: Lead-screw actuated and rotary preset potentiometers” published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) Electronic Components Committee (CECC). It is identical with CECC41101 Issue2:1992. The related CECC41101 Issue1:1978 and BS CECC41101:1978 are

5、both now declared obsolescent. EN141101 was prepared by CECC WG4B “Potentiometers” and theUnitedKingdom participation in the drafting was provided by Technical Committee ECL/4: Capacitors and resistors for electronic equipment. Scope. The standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection re

6、quirements which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BS CECC41100 in any detail specification for these devices. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of IEC410 and CECC00200, to which reference is made in the text and has decided that they are acceptable for

7、 use in conjunction with this standard. The BritishStandard which implements the CECC Rules of Procedure is BS9000 “General requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part2:1991 “Specification for the national implementation of the CECC System.” Detail specification. 8、tail specifications shall comply with the requirements of this Blank Detail Specification and BS CECC00111: Rule of Procedure11. Specifications. 20、e part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, o

21、r Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national har

22、monized specifications for LEAD-SCREW ACTUATED AND ROTARY PRESET POTENTIOMETERS. It should be read in conjunction with the current regulations for the CECC System. Preface This blank detail specification was prepared by CECC WG4B: “Potentiometers”. It is based, wherever possible, on the Publications

23、 of the International Electrotechnical Commission, and in particular on IEC393-1: Potentiometers. Part1 (Terms, inspection procedures and methods of test). The text of this Issue2 was circulated to the CECC for voting in the document indicated below and was ratified by the President of the CECC for

The numbers in brackets correspond to the indications to be completed thereunder: For(5) and(6) the text to be given in the DS sh

26、ould be suitable for an entry in the CECC00200 (QPL) and CECC00300 (Library List). (1) The Name of the National Standards Organization under whose authority the DS is published and, if applicable, the organization from whom the DS is available. (2) The CECC symbol and the number allotted to the DS b

42、d shall be extended to two years. The period for carbon composition types shall remain at one year. 7 Additional information The detail specification may include information (which is not required to be verified by the inspection procedure) such as circuit diagrams, curves, drawings or notes needed

43、for the clarification of the detail specification. The resolution shall also be given (wirewound types only). 8 Inspection requirements 8.1 When drying is called for, Procedure1 of4.2 of CECC41000 shall be used. 8.2 When it is desired to obtain qualification approval by adopting the fixed sample siz

44、e procedure, use shall be made of the test schedule given for that purpose in CECC41100. The conditions of test and the performance requirements shall be identical to those prescribed for quality conformance inspection in the detail specification. 8.3 In the quality conformance inspection the values

45、 representative of the whole approved range shall be tested within one year (Groups A, B and C only).
