23、mmunications, power supply, and filter applications 1 Scope This part of IEC 62317 specifies the dimensions that are of importance for mechanical interchangeability for a preferred range of pot-cores made of ferrite, and the dimensional limits for coil formers to be used with them. The selection of
24、core sizes for this standard is based on the philosophy of including those sizes which are industrial standards, either by inclusion in a national standard, or by broad-based use in industry. See IEC 62317-1 for more detail concerning the philosophy of selecting core sizes to be included. The genera

Before optimizing for performance, the following ho
46、le diameter ranges were chosen: 0,95 mm to 1,05 mm for P5,8/3,3 1,05 mm to 1,15 mm for P7,4/4,0 2,0 mm to 2,2 mm for P9/5, P11/7 3,0 mm to 3,2 mm for P14/8, P18/11 4,4 mm to 4,7 mm for P22/13 5,4 mm to 5,7 mm for P26/16, P30/19, P36/22 Originally a pot-core 14 mm 8 mm, with an adjusting device of 3
47、mm diameter was the smallest that could be produced in quantity. Due to miniaturization of electronic devices, four smaller pot-cores, P7,4/4,0, P5,8/3,3, P4,6/3,1 and P3,3/2,6 were added as standard pot-cores, and the larger pot-core P42/29 was deleted. The ratio of diameter to height of the pot-co
48、re, calculated on the above assumption, is fairly constant, as appears from the list below, where A/2B lies between 1,48 and 1,76, except for the smallest type.
