Die Mitarbeit des DIN wird fr den Bereich des ISO/TC 34/SC 12 und beim Europischen Komitee fr Normung (CEN) fr den Bereich des CEN/SS C01 Lebensmittelerzeugnisse” (Sekretariat: CMC) ber den Arbeitsausschuss NA 057-01-01 AA Sensorik” des Normenausschusses Lebensmittel und land
6、wirtschaftliche Produkte (NAL) wahrgenommen. nderungen Gegenber DIN 10950-1:1999-04 wurden folgende nderungen vorgenommen: a) der Anwendungsbereich wurde vom Bereich Lebensmittel auf alle Industriezweige ausgeweitet, in denen Prfmaterialien mit Hilfe der Sinnesorgane bewertet werden; b) die Terminol
7、ogie in Bezug auf organoleptische Merkmaleigenschaften wurde hinzugefgt; c) die Anzahl der definierten Begriffe wurde erheblich von etwa 100 auf etwa 225 Begriffe erweitert; d) die Erluterungen zu den sinnesphysiologischen und Sinnesorgan bergreifenden Begriffen wurden gestrichen; e) die Norm wurde
8、den derzeit geltenden Gestaltungsregeln angepasst.
