27、 EN 61041-2 : 1996 Annex A (informative) Colour bar signal In the SECAM system, the colour video signals are subject to a pre-emphasis before going to the FM modulator in order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. This pre-emphasis produces peaks at the colour transitions. In order to avoid excessi

28、ve frequency deviations during the transitions, the peaks are limited. The result is an increasing rise and fall time of the colour transitions after demodulation and de-emphasis, which makes the measuring of the displacement between the luminance and chrominance signals difficult. Therefore it is r

29、ecommended to use a colour bar.signal having a saturation of 33 % instead of 75 % (100/0/33/0) in order not to clip the peaks of the DFI signals and avoiding in this way also the changing the of the colour transitions.
