5、 TEST METHOD BN 103-01 Procedure 1. Place two 50 x 1 O0 mm test specimens face to face between two glass plates and place the 3.6 kg weight over the glass so that the loading is evenly distributed. 2. Do the same with a 50 x 100 mm test specimen and a 50 x 100 mm sample of the Accessory Test Materia
6、l (referred to in the Apparatus Required section). 3. Place the test specimens under weight for three hours in the convection oven at 80 +/- 2 “C. 4. Remove the test specimens from the oven and cool for five minutes at 23 +/-2 OC. Separate the specimens and examine. The coated surfaces shall show no
7、 evidence of injurious exudation, unusual adhesion (tackiness), separation, color transfer, or flattening of emobossing when placed faceto-face with itself or with the accessory test material. Chemicals, materials, parts, and equipment referenced in this document must be used and handled properly. Each party is responsible for determining proper use and handling in its facilities.
