The L. gloves are designed for the handling of metal stampings and various parts which pose above average hazards. 2. 2.1 MATERIAL: This glove to be knitted of 3 singles, with end

2、s as follows: One end of 8/l Kevlar yarn, 100% pure and unblended, shall comprise 34% of total material content and constitute said material pile, as in the percentage shown. 2.2 One end of 7/l long staple domestic cotton, four mists par inch plus or minus l/2 inch (13mm) minimum, which shall compri

3、se 23% of total material content, and constitute said material backing. 2.3 One end of 7/l long staple domestic cotton, of four twists per inch, plus or minus l/2 inch (1311) multiple minimum, which shall comprise 41% of total material content, and constitute said material pile as in the percentage

4、shown. Cotton shall be comprised of one white cotton fiber and one brown cotton fiber blended into a single strand. 2.4 Incorpixated cuff shall be 42 coke, rubber, double covered vith polyester nabber insert, and shall comprise 2% of total material content. 2.5 . Long fiber referencd in all material

5、 mandates a minimum length of l-1/2 inches (38ti) per stable fiber. 3 _* SIZE: .lhe glOV8 shall measure a minimum of 8 inches (203mm) from tip of middle finger to glove body base. The width of the glove shafl,Measuke a minimum of 4-3/4 inches.(l2lmm) at thumb crotch. Extended cuff-poly rubber inser

6、t shall be 4 inches (102nun) in the clear, p.roducing a glove measurement overall minimum of 12 inches (305atm) from tip of middle finger to base of glove. 4. CONSTRUCTION: These three ends shall be knitted pile out, vith 30 courses of the double polyester 42 core rubber to form the incorporated ext

7、ended cuff with secure overcast of 30/3 yarn, 42 core rubber insert. 5. UEIGHT: Gloves shall weigh a minimum of 63 grams each, or 3.2 pounds per dozen pair. 6. RECUIHING: This glove shall be impervious to proper laundering procedures over a prudent recycling span. Iha necessity to patch this product

COLOR CODING: is optional. Color coding of the elastic band at the base of the glove 8. MANUFACTURERS RESPONSIBILITY: All material supplied to this standard must be equivalent in all characteristics to the material upon which approval was originally granted, and shall be satisfactory for the intended application.
