SCOPE The material defined is a single needle bar knit polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1159-A1 contains 54% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/pos
3、t-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for 2015MY Mustang and 2016MY F-Series seat bolsters. The fabric was originally approved as laminated with foam. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION
4、MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasib
5、le. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 54% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABR
