2、S-M1H904-A UNLAMINATED NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a jacquard woven polyester face fabric. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for BE-146 2002.75 Model Year. 3. REQUIREMENTS In

3、 addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable for commercial vehicle application. Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS

4、 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 5% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 346 ends/10 cm Weft 156 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/- 15% tolerance (FLTM BN 106
