2、 this specification are flat needled, polyester, non-woven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. The face fiber is 100% recycled post consumer polyester. Low melt polyethylene binder forms the backing. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for material used as trunk co

3、vering and seat back material for D385. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly (molded or otherwise fabricated), shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M15P32-C and WSS-M8P16-A performance specifications. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION M

4、ATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating

Unless otherwise specified in the Performance Specification. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.4 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) Fiber 80% Polyester 20% Low
