4、SH POINT, min 11 C (ASTM D 56) 3.5 COMPOSITION (Percent by Weight) Aromatic Sulfonic Acid 30 - 60 Methyl Alcohol 30 - 60 Isopropyl Alcohol 10 - 30 3.6 INCORPORATION OF CATALYST The catalysts shall only be used for primer as mentioned above if from the same source and required by the vendor. The amou
5、nt of addition may vary depending upon the quality of the primer specified. It is permitted to use acid catalysts of a source different from the primer only if approved by Quality Control and agreed to by the respective vendors. 3.7 SHELF STABILITY Material shall maintain its strength, compatibility
6、 with primer and be otherwise usable after standing for a minimum of 90 days at 26 +/- 1 C. Materials must remain clear and free of sediment. 3.8 PERFORMANCE Final appearance, gloss, intercoat adhesion, weathering and resistance properties shall be consistent with the primer specification requirements.
