T255 Program). It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW14

3、607. 1. PURPOSE This standard aims at determining backside strength of the rear seat back when vertical loads (its weight and vibration) are applied. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to foldable rear seats. 3. TEST SAMPLES At least 3 new seat assemblies shall be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1.

4、Jig or B.I.W with which to fix the seat in the vehicle condition 4.2. Groove plate 4.3. Loading device It shall be capable of loading and measuring loads with accuracy not exceeding 0.5Kgf. 4.4. Loading jig 125 170 19t steel plate as shown in Fig 1 Figure 1 5. TEST METHOD AND SPECIFICATIONS 5.1. Tes

5、t procedure 5.1.1. Fix the seat fixture jig onto the groove plate and install the seat onto the jig. 5.1.2.
