From the availablematerial, test pieces of the dimensions shown inFigure 2 shall be taken at various points.3.3.1 Dimensional tolerances shall be 20 mm;thickness shall be equal to thickness of thedeadener pad. For routine quality control, at least one (1)test piece shall be tested.3.4 Test Time. Not applicable.3.5 Test Required Information. Not applicable.3.

8、6 Personnel/Skills. Not applicable.4 Procedure4.1 Preparation. The test pieces shall beconditioned to GMW3221 Code A.4.2 Conditions.4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. Not applicable.4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from therequirements of this standard shall have beenagreed upon. Such requirements sha

9、ll be specifiedon component drawings, test certificates, reports,etc.4.3 Instructions.4.3.1 The test pieces shall be placed on thespecified pre-treated test panels, baked on, andsubjected to the heat aging specified. After30 minutes cooling at (+23 5) C, the test piecesshall be assessed.4.3.2 Baking
