43、dditions, permit imprint account information, and mailing standards of the USPS referring to the GSA and USPS Web sites for specific updated information concerning Federal mail management policies and procedures. 2.1.3 Maintain an effective and efficient mail management program in support of NASA ac

44、tivities including establishing a Center level mail management policy. 2.1.4 Ensure that official mail be used only for the conduct of NASAs official business. 2.1.5 Impose requirements in accordance with Agency regulations for efficient, effective, and economical management of incoming, internal, a

45、nd outgoing mail. 2.1.6 Monitor mail and distribution operations of the support service contractor, as specified in their contract. 2.1.7 Perform as liaison to local USPS officials on matters concerning mail and distribution operations. 2.1.8 Be responsible for approving requests for standard distri

46、butions to all civil service personnel, military detailees, and in-house contractors. 2.1.9 Submit required postal accountability reports to the NASA Mail Officer. 2.1.10 Communicate and identify problems and potential solutions that can benefit the Center mail operations and Agency mail program. 2.
