Lag time shall be measured on the 1st to 10th and the 431st to 500th releases. The lag time, as defined in 4.6.2.1 shall not exceed 0.100 second. 4.6.2

、.5 Shock. The adapters and parent bomb rack shall be subjected to the following shock tests. The procedures of MIL-T-7743 shall be applicable. 4.6.2.5.1 No load. The adapters and parent bomb rack shall be tested once in each direction. 4.6.2.5.2 Yield load. A 1,622 kilogram (3,575 pound) store shall

、 be mounted on the adapters and the test of 4.6.2.5.1 shall be repeated far each condition shown in Table V. 4.6.2.6 Static loa$. The adapters and parent bomb rack, utiiz- ing a rigid simulated store of negligible weight (91 kilograms, 200 = pounds maximum) shall be subjected to the loads specified

、in Table VI. The loads shall be applied about the center of gravity of the store. The center of gravity shall be midway betwe-en the suspension lugs and 203 millimeters (8 inches) below the hook bearing surface of the suspen- sion lugs. Upon completion of the tests shown in Table VI, the adapters ar

、e to be tested to the ultimate load of 300,255 Newtons (67,500 pounds), applied vertically downward. 4.6.2.7 Salt spray. The adapters shall be placed in a salt spray chamber with the link assemblies in the free position. Upon completion of the exposure period, the adapters shall be installed on a pa

、rent bomb rack and a 45 kilogram (100 pound) store shall be latched into the adapter. The adapters shall then be allowed to dry for a mini- mum of 48 hours. The store shall be electrically released by applying rated voltage to the parent bamb rack. The lag time, as defined in 4.6.2.1, shall not exce

、ed 0.100 second. 7 Provided by IHSNot for ResaleNo reproduction or networking permitted without license from IHS-,-,- MIL-A-5034B 30 9799906 0292380 II I MIL-A-5034B 4.7 Qualification cross reference.
