22、Mobile Equipment (ME) and the 2 Removable User Identity Module (R-UIM) for the R-UIM Application Toolkit (RAPT). 3 The RAPT builds upon the basic R-UIM/ME interface (see TIA/EIA-136-030) to provide 4 a set of mechanisms necessary for TIA/EIA-136 applications. R-UIM File Modification Management 1 Whenever the R-UIM contents are modified as in the case of an over-the-air update
24、to 2 any of the Elementary Files, it may be necessary for the R-UIM to notify the ME of a 3 change in its configuration. As such, the ME may be required to update any images of 4 Elementary Files it may contain and/or perform some other procedures (i.e. power up 5 scan). For these situations, the R-
25、UIM shall use the SIM Tool Kit Command REFRESH 6 to notify the mobile of such changes to its configuration. Refer to GSM 11.14 2 for 7 further details. 8 When a REFRESH command is received, the ME shall update images of the information 9 it may contain, and shall perform a power up scan as required
