9、-plated flanged alignment bush designed to withstand only slow rotations and oscillations under load. They are intended for use in the hubs of torsion lever and in separated supports. The airframe rolling bearings defined in this standard shall be used from - 54OC to + 15OOC. However, being lubricat

10、ed with the following greases : - very high pressure grease, ester type (Code A) operational range - 73OC to + 121 OC, or - very high pressure grease, synthetic hydrocarbons, general purpose (Code B) operational range - 54OC to + 177“C, their field of application when lubricated with code A grease s

29、133. 5.5.1 Bush Thickness 1 O pm to 20 pm ; internal spherical diameter is not cadmium plated. 5.5.2 Inner and outer rings Thickness 5 pm to 12 pm ; the bore and raceways are not cadmium plated. As soon as possible after plating, and within 16 h, de-embrittlement heat treatment shall be carried out

30、at a temperature and for a time (compatible with the performance requirements of the bearing) which shall be subject to written approval of the qualifying authorities. 6 Designation EXAMPLE : Description block BEARING Identity block Number of the present standard Code for grease type (see 1) Diamete
