General.- When inspection is conducted at the contractors plant, all tests specified herein shall be accompliahed by the contractor under the supervision of the Govern- ment Inspector. F-la. Contractors not having laboratory facilities satisfactory to the Inspector shall
19、engage the services of a commercial testing laboratory acceptable to the Inspector. F-lb. Acceptance or approval of material during course of manufacture shall in no case be construed as a guaranty of the acceptance of the finished product. F-2. Test Reports.- The contractor shall furnish test repor
20、ts, in duplicate, show- ing quantitative results for a1l tests required by this specification, and signed by the Director of the laboratory or his authorized assistant in which the tests were conducted.
