EN 3841-405:2004 (E) 4 1 Scope This standard specifies a method of verifying the circuit breakers ability to withstand fluids as defin
17、ed in EN 3909. It shall be used together with EN 3841-100. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. 19、edure One circuit breaker shall be used for each fluid as defined in EN 3909 and wetted using a brush. The circuit breakers shall remain wet for 24 h at ambient temperature except for the fire extinguishing agent. 3.3 Requirement Manual verification of the mechanical function after wetting; then, af
20、ter the drying phase the tests in accordance with technical specification and product standard shall be carried out. The current rating marking shall still be legible.
