2、/5 刻度 )插入小試管之中央將溫度計插入樣品瓶後放入水浴中。 2.2 燒杯 D 中注入較預期混濁點高約 20 之溫水,至試樣溫度與溫水溫度相差 5 時,調節冷卻速度於每分鐘 0.5 ,水浴溫度宜控制在低於混濁點 2-5 ,當試樣溫度到達比混濁點高 10 時,須迅速不斷的轉圈攪動,以防止試管邊或底部凝固。若試 樣混濁點低於水溫,則水浴槽用冰或其他冷卻劑冷卻,直至試樣溫度到達預期混濁點以上約 5 。之後每 1 分鐘取出大試管 (B)觀察之,如插於小試管 (A)之溫度計水銀球周圍若已有混濁現象時,即記錄此時之溫度為混濁點。 A:小試管 B:大試管 C:溫度計 D:燒杯 E:橡皮塞 (直徑 14mm, 30mm, 135mm 各一個 ) F:攪拌棒 (下端為直徑 60mm 之圓環,不銹鋼製,鋼線直徑 2mm) 相對應國際標準: AOCS Official Method Cc 6-25(97) Cloud Point Test 修訂日期:第一次修訂: 71 年 1 月 28 日
