45、d definitions given in DIN EN 752, DIN EN 12056 (all parts) and DIN 1986-100 apply. 4 Use of waste water pipes and fittings in new construction work or replacement work When installing new drainage systems or replacing existing systems within the scope of the Laender building codes, the construction
46、 products used are required to be identified as being suitable for the use intended by being listed in the Bauregelliste A or B issued by the Deutsches Institut fr Bautechnik (DIBt German Institute for Building Technology), or, alternatively, by being provided with a German national technical approv
47、al4)or a European Technical Approval (ETA). Other construction products may also be used. “Other construction products” according to the Laender building code are products for which recognized rules of technology exist but which are not listed in Bauregelliste A. In addition the requirements specifi
48、ed in the annexes to Bauregelliste A and Bauregelliste B relating to the use of the respective construction products shall be observed. Table 1 gives the areas for which use of standardized waste water pipes, sewers and fittings in new or replacement pipework are permitted. These “areas of use” appl
49、y in regard of the discharge of domestic waste water and rainwater according to DIN 1986-3 and the discharge of condensate from firing systems.
