5、“Machinery intended for use with foodstuffs and feed” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the “Machinery Directiv

7、e”, Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of that directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the Europe

8、an Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred to in Clause 2 and in the Bibliography of the EN have been published as

9、 the corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. Where the International Standards referred to are not also DIN ISO Standards with the same number, there are no national standards available. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12042:2011-06 as follows: a) normative re

10、ferences have been updated; b) Clause 4: new presentation in a table; c) Subclause 5.2.2, zone 1: the requirements are the same whether the loading of the machine is manual or automatic; addition of new requirements for pressure sensitive edge (see 5.2.2.2.2), AOPD (see 5.2.2.2.3), cleaning of the h

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the late

25、st by October 2014, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by October 2014. The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situations and events ar

32、e covered are indicated in the scope of this document. When provisions of this type C standard are different from those that are stated in type A or B standards, the provisions of this type C standard take precedence over the provisions of the other standards, for machines that have been designed an

33、d built according to the provisions of this type C standard. DIN EN 12042:2014-07 EN 12042:2014 (E) 6 1 Scope 1.1 This European Standard applies to the design and manufacture of standalone automatic dough dividers, having a feed hopper, an outlet and a dividing system (see 3.2). These automatic doug

34、h dividers are used separately or in a line in the food industry and shops (pastry-making, bakeries, confectionery, etc.) for dividing dough or pastry into adjustable portions to produce the required weight of dough piece during a dividing process. These machines can be fed by hand or mechanically.

35、This European Standard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to the transport, installation, adjustment, operation, cleaning, maintenance, dismantling, disassembling and scrapping of automatic dough dividers, when they are used as intended and under conditions

36、of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). These machines are not intended to be cleaned with pressurized water. 1.2 This European Standard is not applicable to the following: experimental and testing machines, under development by the manufacturer; weighing devic

37、es; pressure dough dividers, without a feed hopper, using knives for the dividing process; lines with separate cutting or forming elements outside the housing; lifting and tilting machines1)or other separate feeding machines; additional hazards generated when the machine is used in a line or mechani

38、cally fed. 1.3 A noise test code is included in Annex A to assist manufacturers to measure noise levels for the purpose of the noise emission declaration. 1.4 This European Standard is not applicable to machines which are manufactured before its publication as EN. 2 Normative references The followin
