This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 151 “Construction equipment and building material machines Safety” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German body involv

6、ed in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 060-13-10 AA Betonsteinmaschinen of Section Bau- und Baustoffmaschinen. Representatives of manufacturers and users of concrete block making machines, and of the employers lia

7、bility insurance associations contributed to this standard. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the new “Machinery Directive”, Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned withi

8、n the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of the directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance wi

9、th the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred to in Clause 2 and the Bibliography of this document have been published as the corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situation and events are covered are indicated in the scope of this document. When provi

32、sions of this type C document are different from those, which are stated in type A or B documents, the provisions of this type C document take precedence over the provisions of the other documents, for machines that have been designed and built according to the provisions of this type C document. Th

33、is document specifies the additional requirements to and/or the deviations from EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specific for the block making machines as described in 1.1. With the aim of clarifying the intentions of the document it should be noticed that the following assumptions were made when producing i

34、t: specific conditions of use or environmental conditions out of the scope of the document shall be the subject of negotiations between the manufacturer and the user/owner, the equipment will only be used by competent and designated persons, the place of use/installation is adequately lit, all opera

35、tions are carried out by specially trained operators.“ 1 Scope 1.1 !This part of EN 12629, taken together with EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010, applies to machines for the manufacture of blocks, kerbs, paving stones and similar concrete products. EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specifies general requirements applic

36、able to machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calciumsilicate.
