This drawing documents the general requirements of a high performance, low power, RS-485/RS-422 transmitter microcircuit, with

It is best to use an external resistor for this purpose, since the current limiting on the VOsupply may respond too s

35、ry to assure product performance over the specified temperature range. Product may not necessarily be tested across the full temperature range and all parameters may not necessarily be tested. In the absence of specific parametric testing, product performance is assured by characterization and/or de

36、sign. 2/ Unless otherwise specified, VCC= 3.0 V to 5.5 V, VL= VCC. Typical values are at TA= +25C. All currents into device pins are positive; all currents out of device pins are negative. All voltages are referenced to device ground. 3/ Parts are 100% tested at +25C. Over-temperature limits establi

37、shed by characterization and are not production tested. 4/ Typicals are measured at VCC= 3.3 V for parameters specified with 3 V VCC 3.6 V, and are measured at VCC= 5 V for parameters specified with 4.5 V VCC 5.5 V. If VCCisnt specified, then a single “typical” entry applies to both VCC= 3.3 V and 5
