APPLICATION This specification was released originally for lubricant used to facilitate the assembly of r

3、ubber parts such as mounting tires and assembling bushings. It may be diluted with water to the desired consistency. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (W

4、SS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 POUR POINT, min -40 C (ASTM D 97) 3.2 FLASH POINT, min 247 C (ASTM D 92) 3.3 FIRE POINT, min 280 C (ASTM D 92) 3.4 SPECIFIC GRAVITY 1.050 - 1.070 (ASTM D 1298) 3.5 VISCOSITY AT 37.8 C 38.6 - 45.0 cSt (mm2/s) (ASTM D 445 & D 446) 3.6 CARBON RESIDUE, max 0.05% (ASTM D 189) 3.7 RUBB
