SCOPE The material defined by these specifications is an expanded polyvinyl chloride film laminated to a knitted polyester fabric. WSS-M2F178-A1 and WSS-M2F178-A2 can be used lamina
3、ted with foam and/or a backing fabric/scrim, based on application. WSS-M2F178-A2 material has an anti-squeak finish. 2. APPLICATION WSS-M2F178-A1 specification was released originally for material used in interior trim as a covering for VE83 MYXX seat applications in lower wear areas and interior do
4、or inserts WSS-M2F178-A2 was originally developed for anti-squeak interior applications, such as door inserts, head rest, arm rest, seat side facings. Any other application must be evaluated and approved by Design Engineer and Materials Engineer. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements liste
5、d herein, this material shall meet all appropriate requirements of the WSS-M8P3-E1/2/3/Latest, Performance, Flexible Polymeric Film, Interior Quality specification. Assemblies specifying WSS-M2F178-A1/A2 must also meet the requirements of the WSS-M15P4-F/latest, Assembly Performance, Hard Interior C
