4、 (1353) Nm of torque shall be applied for less than 5 seconds at the speed of (101)q per minute and removed at the same speed. 3.1.1.3 Angular position shall be measured again within 1 minute after removing torque. 3.1.1.4 Permanent torsional deformation shall be taken from the difference of angular

5、 position between before and after applying torque and must not exceed maximum 2.5q. 3.1.2 Ultimate Torsional Strength. There shall be no difficulty in applying (3407) Nm of torque at the speed of (101)q per minute. 3.2 Flexural Stiffness. Test piece shall be mounted as in the following Figure 2 and
